About Origen
Financial Services

Overview

As one of the UK’s leading financial planning firms, we are a trusted partner for individuals, families, trustees and businesses. We have a highly qualified team of advisers throughout the UK, who support thousands of clients every year with their financial planning needs.

We aim to build a brighter future for everyone; delivering the best financial outcomes for our clients, minimising our impact on the environment and giving back to the communities in which we operate.

Our History

Since Leslie and Godwin first established their financial partnership in 1885, our firm has seen many changes in its 140 year history. From 2005 we have been owned by Aegon UK, part of Aegon Limited, one of the world’s largest financial services groups.

Today, Origen Financial Services is one of the UK’s leading financial advice firms, helping generations of people achieve their financial goals. Some clients have been with us for decades, trusting us to help build their financial futures and supporting them as their life unfolds.

In February 2024, Nationwide Building Society’s financial planning service moved to Aegon Financial Planning, which is a trading name of Origen Financial Services Limited.
